Section 9
Formation of specialized cooperative association
: (1) At least twenty-five multi-purpose or thematic organizations registered in accordance with section 15 have joined together in hydropower projects, chemical fertilizer factories, residential projects, transportation, heavy agricultural equipment, fruit processing, herb processing, sugar industry, A specialized cooperative association can be formed to carry out production work that requires large investment, such as cold storage, hospitals, schools, technical schools, laboratories, or to provide goods or services for the common needs of members. It will be a fully professional organization. It will not have the right to elect and be elected in any union, general assembly. (2) The procedure related to its operation shall be as prescribed.
